PT. Karya Digital Solusindo (KDS), previously known as CV. Karya Teknika Solusindo (KATS) is a company under State law of Republic of Indonesia which was officially established in the Surabaya City on 6 March 2018 based on :
- Akta Pendirian Perusahaan No.13, 06 March 2018 issued by Local Notary, Sherly Dian Meirawati, SH., Mh.
- Akta Perubahan Perusahaan No.06 , 11 Oktober 2023 issued by local notary, Sherly Dian Meirawati, SH., Mh
In accordance with what is recorded in akta pendirian perusahaan , PT. KDS is a company operating in the trading sector computer equipment and related services Information Technology activities. We have a team that specializes in the field of work we serve, from installation, implementation to maintenance.
In 2023 we become a partner of Odoo, which is an integrated open source ERP software platform that has been used by 7 million end users. We hope that through Odoo we can help companies increase efficiency and effectiveness in their business processes. Apart from selling licenses, we also carry out implementation, training and assistance for companies in the implementation process.
As time progresses and according to the company's vision and mission, then we will always innovate, develop and compete by improving the quality of the resources we have in order to become a company that owns quality of products, solutions and services guarantee prosperity for all stakeholders and society general on an ongoing basis.
